I had bottled honey in mid summer part of which was chunk comb. Steady demand depleted what was bottled so off to the freezer for the last comb super. Standard processing for me is to line up the empty jars, cut the comb from the frame then chunk it into piece that just fit the jars. This leads to sticky drips on the outside. After filling with honey and sealing, I wash and dry the outside and stack them on the window sill. Sun light broke through the clouds just as I finished a batch highlighting the beauty that can only be described as nature at her finest.
